Baliem Valley Tour 5 days/4 night

Morning arrivals at Sentani airport of Jayapura, meet with our staff and assist you for connecting flight Trigana Air to Wamena ETD 10.00 or 12:00 (please note: the flights are very often delay due bad weather, operational of flight or some reason) Arrive at Wamena airport, you will be meeting with our staff and drop you to the hotel. Lunch is served at Hotel. With cars visiting Napua hills with good panoramic  of Baliem Valley to Wesaput village to see the traditional hanging bridge and Dani villages. Before drive back to hotel, stop at traditional market to see the local people how they selling their products. Dinner will be on your account and overnight at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel, by car to explore Aikima village to see the mummy 200 years old  and continue hike to Suroba of Baliem valley, Along the way you will find the Dani’s working in their sweet potatoes fields and will see their daily activities. Lunch in small box will be provided.  Arrive at Suroba, walk through the pine forest, enjoy the beautiful nature setting and crossing a bridge over Aike river before you arrive at the main road where the car is waiting for you.  We will hike in 1-2 hours through the beautiful countryside and traditional houses of Dani people. Afternoon drive back to Wamena. Dinner is on your account and accommodation at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, 40 minutes drive to Jiwika village, walk 20 minutes to the village of Sumpaima to view the 250 years old Mummy. From Sumpaima walk another 10 minutes to the nearby village of Anemoigi to enjoy the traditional  dance  by Dani Tribe.  Lunch in small box will be provided .You will see and experience the local culture and have an opportunity to interact with local villagers while you can buy their handicraft as your souvenir. Before return to Wamena you still have chance to visit Waga-Waga village to explore Contilola cave which can be reach 15 minutes by car.  Afternoon drive back to Wamena. Dinner will be on your account and accommodation at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight by Trigana Air ETD 07:30 leaving for Jayapura. Upon your arrival at Sentani airport of Jayapura, on the way to the Hotel you will have a sightseeing to visit the lake by boating at Sentani Lake to see the Sentani Tribe in Asei Island, lunch is on your account served at Local Restaurant nearby the Lake. Continue to Cenderawasih Museum. Afternoon continue drive to the Swiss Belhotel International or option stay near Sentani Area (check in time 14:00pm) for overnight stay. Dinner will be on your account.

After breakfast at your hotel,  by car transfer you to the airport in approx 75 minutes leaving Jayapura for Makasar, Jakarta or Denpasar.
